About the Speakers

Hugo Froes

Hugo is a UX designer/strategist/evangelist living and working in Portugal. He has over 17 years of experience in design and related fields, having worked with brands such as Martini, Bacardi, Unilever and El Corte Inglés.

He enjoys helping brands to understand their users' needs and solve their problems.

Colman Walsh

Colman is the owner and founder of UXTraining.com. He has been working in user experience design for over 15 years. An alumnus of 2 world-class UX agencies - Sapient and iQ Content - he has worked with blue-chip clients in San Francisco, New York, London, Brussels and Dublin.

His expertise runs across the entire spectrum of usability and UX: from research and strategy to design and prototyping. A fun and engaging presenter, Colman is an accomplished trainer, facilitator and workshop moderator.

Laura Morley

Laura Morley is a Trinity College alumna, graduating in 2014 with a BA in sociology and social policy. She has spent time at Logitech Ultimate Ears developing digital marketing and social media strategy in the US, UK and Ireland, and at Procter & Gamble, where she worked on both the customer business development and marketing teams.

In 2014, Laura moved to San Francisco, where she joined Junior, a rapid invention company, as studio manager and employee #1. In January 2016 she moved to Manchester, where she recently completed her MA in digital experience design at Hyper Island, a Swedish creative business school specialising in real-world industry training.
