As a designer who started working on the web in an agency back in 2007, it's been an eye-opening experience to move from the comfortable and relaxed pace of the agency world into the hustle and bustle of the digital product world.
From the way designers work together to the wildly different approaches when engaging other departments, it truly requires a paradigm shift for anyone brave enough to welcome the challenge.
But all that effort is truly worth it, for it is these challenges that, once overcome, make us better designers.
