About this Case Study

This session is a light-hearted discussion about the challenges and rewards facing today's internal design teams. From on-boarding through to departure, we explore the successes and pitfalls we've faced as our design team has doubled over the last 4 years. Topics include building portfolios, collaboration and keeping teams engaged.

We'll discuss how Globoforce builds and maintains its design team - from how we introduce our designers, through their day-to-day work and their long-term development. We'll also talk about finding the right people and how we strive to maintain a user-focused process within an agile development framework.

Collaboration is fundamental to our team. We'll talk about removing egos and fears so designers feel comfortable. We'll also discuss helping designers challenge and support each other and the company with their work.
