Agile data across government

Barry Jeffreys Office of National Statistics
Dan Klein Valtech

Session type: Q&A
Session duration: 60 minutes

About this Q&A

Government has been successfully implementing new digital services for the benefit of citizens. There is now an increasing drive to improve these services through leveraging data and where data registers provide authoritative or shared sources of reference data, as common components that operate across government.

This creates new challenges within Agile delivery such as experimenting with data as evidence to serve user needs, security, new technology choices and learning how to extract value from data scientists within incremental delivery teams.

An interactive session, where lessons learned at the coalface will be discussed – also with an opportunity for participants to ask their own questions.
