There are countless suggestions for activities to liven up retrospectives that you can find in a number of books and webpages. They are all (probably) useful in a certain context - but when should you use which one?
Obviously people use gut feeling and common sense, but it would be nice if there were a few guidelines.
This session aims at working towards this. The outcomes will be collected and evaluated towards creating a collection of retrospective activities that not only describe the 'how' - but also the 'why' of these activities.
Another benefit for participants will be to reflect on their own process for choosing retrospective activities.
