At times, our products reach a stage where the vision needs to be revived. With a constant changing market, and an evolving customer base, our products need to be able to solve customer problems so we can compete in this competitive landscape. Forming a product vision isn't always an easy task, especially when you have diverse internal stakeholders, who interact with your customers at different stages and entry points. Crafting the vision often falls on the product owner's shoulders - and this, at times, isn't always a comfortable position for product owners to be in. In this session, I will explain how we adapted the lean product canvas to work for us, and talk you through how we used it to create a new vision and strategy for one of our products.
